Willakenzie Animal Clinic PC

1745 Coburg Rd
Eugene, OR 97401

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please be assured that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, drop-off' appointments are available. A 'drop off' means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to 'drop off' sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, he or she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions. Urgent care fees and outpatient cage fees will apply to drop off patients.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. For this reason, all pets must be on leash or kept in a carrier until a tech or doctor is ready to examine him or her.

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit (APPLY NOW), cash and personal checks.

As stated above, for the safety of all concerned, all patients must be on leash or in a carrier while in the clinic. If you need help getting into the clinic, please let the receptionist know when you make you appointment and someone can assist you upon your arrival. To prevent spread of contagious disease, please alert us ahead of time if your pet is coughing, as they may be asked to wait in the car until we are ready to examine him or her.
