Katie: Katie is a Karen Pryor certified training partner. She's passionate about creating stress free vet visits for you and your pets. When not working as a Veterinary Assistant, she can be found hiking with her wife and her dogs Frankie and Commander Pants.
Kira: Kira comes to Willakenzie from the sunny state of Arizona. She is a skilled veterinary assistant and brings a higher level of organization to our clinic's inventory. Though Kira has only been with Willakenzie since the summer of 2017, she brings over 10 years of veterinary care experience. In her free time, Kira can be found cheering on the Buckeyes or exploring the green places of Oregon with her canine companions.
Lisa: A full time Client Service Representative, Lisa has been with WAC since 2014. She loves nothing more than chatting with clients on the phone. Lisa is an avid Oregon Ducks fan.
Reina: Joined Willakenzie in the beginning of 2021. She received her bachelors degree in Animal Science with a focus in Pre-veterinary studies from Oregon State in 2019, and is in the process of apply for vet school. With a passion for all animals she has worked with alpacas, sheep, goats, cows, cats, dogs, rats, birds, and even a tortoise. In her spare time you can find her outdoors hiking, camping, or even roaming the beach walking her cats Callie, Ori, and Bleu.
Chelsie: Chelsie has been with WAC since 2017. She has extensive experience as a Veterinary Receptionist and Assistant. In her off hours, Chelsie enjoys baking delicious and beautiful pastries as well as fun family time with her husband and young son.
Rachel: Rachel was a veterinary receptionist in California for 5 years before joining our team. She loves getting to meet all the wonderful pets that come through our doors. In her free time, Rachel enjoys hiking and spending time with her adorable pups, Keela and Luna.
Colleen CVT: Colleen became a CVT after 20 years in the energy industry. She had a desire to go back to college to test her mental elasticity by entering the field of veterinary medicine and becoming a CVT. Her experience is in emergency and critical care, large animals, and both large and small animal anesthesia, prior to coming to WAC. In her spare time she hangs out with her husband and son, as well as her dogs, cat, and herd of goats, as well as competing in trail races, triathlons and other endurance events.
Adrielle: Adrielle joined Willakenzie in June 2019. She is very passionate about veterinary medicine and is currently a full time student finishing her Bachelors in Animal Science at OSU with the intent to apply to vet school. Most of her 13 years of veterinary experience was spent in a large, high volume specialty hospital in California where she was an MRI and neurology technician but enjoys other aspects of specialty medicine such as cardiology and critical care medicine. Adrielle and her fiancé moved to Oregon to enjoy the beer, hiking, and rain of the Pacific Northwest.
Ethan: Ethan has been with WAC as a Veterinary Assistant since the summer of 2018. In his free time, Ethan can often be found hiking all over Oregon, enjoying the coast after spending so much time away, or taking care of his two cats, Nimue and Purrsephone.
Amanda: Amanda has been with us since 2020. She has 6 years experience as a veterinary assistant and loves how there are new aspects of the job to learn every day. She is the vice president of the Sublime Serpent Sanctuary and provides a forever home for snakes in need. She loves animals of all types, and along with the Sanctuary Snakes, she also shares her home with a menagere of tarantulas, scorpions, poison dart frogs and multiple plant community aquariums. Amanda is also an avid gardener, and is in the process of turning her backyard into a wildlife garden.
